You can either pay your rent by semester or enter the amount you would like to pay. You will be assessed a 3% credit card processing fee. Please make sure "Renter Name" matches the name on the contract. Once you have entered or selected the amount, click pay now and finish the transaction through Pay Pal. Rent is due the 5th of each month!
