By submitting this application, I agree that I have read and understand the rules and policies of Stonebrook Apartments.

I, further, understand that I must send a deposit of $250.00 ($50.00 of which is non-refundable) within 2 weeks of submitting my application to hold a room. If I choose not to live at Stonebrook apartments, I must inform the manager in writing within 3 weeks of the move in date to receive a refund of my deposit, minus the non-refundable portion. Upon occupancy of the apartment, the deposit will be used as my security deposit.
