Thanks for applying to live in Stonebrook Apartments! By submitting this application, I agree that I have read and understand the rules and policies of Stonebrook Apartments. I, further, understand that I must send a deposit of $300.00 to hold my room. $100.00 of the $300.00 is non refundable as long as you stay at stonebrook Apartments, If you do not stay at Stonebrook Apartments the deposit will be non-refundable. So please make sure you are going to stay at Stonebrook Apartments before you put a deposit down to hold a room. Upon occupancy of the apartment, the deposit will be used as my security deposit.
